Neighborhood Meetings Ahead for About 2,000 New Durham Homes

One project – The Enclave at Little Creek – is scoped for 230 apartments and townhouses on George King Road in southwest Durham near Chapel Hill.

The Enclave at Little Creek would see as many as 230 townhomes and apartments.

But that’s dwarfed by Durham Gateway at Brier Creek, which straddles the Durham and Wake county lines along U.S. 70. and is expected to bring as many as 1,750 apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes.

Durham Gateway at Brier Creek covers more than 270 acres in Durham County and 30 acres in Wake County.

Developers and their representatives are holding virtual neighborhood meetings this week to share plans and hear concerns from nearby residents.
