A 170-acre development along Mt. Moriah Road straddling the Durham and Orange county line is up for discussion on Wednesday.
The project, proposed by M/I Homes of Raleigh LLC, seeks rezoning and annexation to allow for development of hundreds of apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes between Durham and Chapel Hill.
The neighborhood meeting is set for 6-7 p.m. via Zoom. Registration is required.
Next, the project would go to the Planning Commission for consideration. That’s tentatively scheduled for Dec. 10. It would then go to the Durham City Council for final denial or approval.
