Wake-Durham County Line Could Get 408 More Apartments

More than 16 acres along Andrews Chapel Road on the Durham-Wake border could be rezoned for hundreds of apartments. A neighborhood meeting is planned Feb. 5 before the Planning Commission considers the project in March.
