Some exciting news: Starting next week, I’ll be publishing almost entirely at soduwelikelocal.news.

If you’ve been following along on Southpoint Access (this WordPress-based site), thank you. It’s been a great base for building SoDu’s local news rhythm – and I’m proud of what’s grown here.

But it’s time for the next phase.

🏡 Why the Shift?

Our Ghost-powered site now offers much better tools – including stronger search, easier subscriptions, and more ways to deliver exclusive, hyperlocal reporting for South Durham residents who want more than just headlines.

Beginning next week, all new content will appear only on soduwelikelocal.news.

That includes:

This site won’t be abandoned. I’ll post summaries of newsletter content here, and old content will remain as an archive.
