Motor vehicle theft dominated the week’s activity, accounting for more than a third of all reports. Thefts were heavily concentrated in multi-family residential complexes and hotel parking lots, particularly along Woodcroft Parkway, Emerald Forest Drive, and Exchange Place. Several streets, including Langdon Drive and Old Page Road, saw multiple vehicle-related incidents in just a few days. In addition to these thefts, there were six residential burglaries and four commercial break-ins, mostly occurring in the early morning hours. Areas around South Miami Boulevard and Surles Court were particularly affected.
