Public hearings for three proposed South Durham development projects are scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on Feb. 11. The largest proposal, Strauss Drive Townhouses, seeks to rezone land west of Strauss Drive to allow up to 95 residential units, including townhouses, rowhouses, multiplexes, or apartments.
