The Hope Valley Ridge HOA is switching management companies, replacing Community Focus of NC with Towne Properties starting March 1.
In a letter to residents, the HOA board cited frustrations with responsiveness from Community Focus and expressed optimism about Towne Properties better meeting the neighborhood’s needs.
