The Red Lobster location in Durham off 15-501 near Garrett Road is now closed, one of dozens of the restaurants shuttered across the country this week.
This comes after the 50-year-old restaurant chain began considering the possibility of a bankruptcy protection filing, reportedly due to the expensive popularity of its endless shrimp promotion.
